1. What will the price be for my photograph?
It depends. You must first send us the photo with your email address. We will then send you a cost of the project. We will start on your photo once you approve the cost. It is that simple. The minimum cost for any photograph is $30.00 plus any shipping costs. Pennsylvania residents will have 6% sales tax added to any order-custom or from our 3D galleries.

2. What kind of photographic paper is used for the photographs?
We use Fuji Crystal Archive matte paper. This paper gives you smudge free prints and is rated to last 108 years.

3. What kind of digital file is needed?
JPEG files are acceptable as long as they are to size (8" X 10") and 300ppi. Cell phone photos are not acceptable because they are taken at to low of a resolution to warrant an acceptable increase in size to 8” X 10”.

4. How many layers can I expect my photo to be?
This is hard to tell until we have the file and then we can determine the number of layers. KK Photo Images reserves the right to determine how many layers and what elements in the photograph that will be trimmed and layered.

5. How long will the process take?
Approximately two weeks. You may expect the time to be a little longer around the holiday seasons.

6. I have an actual photograph - can I use that?
Sure! Just send it to us via snail mail.

7. Will my original photograph be returned?
Of course! It will be returned with your finished piece.

8. What kind of photos do you accept?
We will accept just about any photograph as long as there are enough elements in the photo to seperate into layers. KK Photo Images reserves the right to reject any photograph deemed inappropriate, copyrighted or if there are not enough elements to be seperated into layers.

9. My photograph is in a frame - what do I need to do?
You will have to take it out of the frame and send it to us. KK Photo Images will not be responsible for damages to framed photographs that are sent to us. In fact, we will send the framed photograph back to you.

10. What is the size of the photograph that will be returned to me?
The actual photograph will be 8” X 10” and mounted onto an 11” X 14” piece of foamcore and then matted with a white mat.

11. All of the mats shown on this site are white - what colored mats are available to me?
White is the only option at this time. The mat is spray mounted to the board. If you want a different color mat, we will ship a white mat with your order but we will not spray mount it to the piece so that you can choose your own color of mat. The instruction to not spray mount the mat must be made at the time of the order.

12. Can you do other sizes besides 8” X 10”?
We will have to give you a quote for other sizes.

13. Do you frame these photographs?
A frame reflects your taste and your personal style and decor; therefore, we do not sell frames for our photographs. You can, though, request a price for a frame. All of the frames we use are matte black in color with a flat top.

14. Do you sell gift certificates for custom 3D photographs?
Yes we do. You can click on the Buy Gift Certificate button at the bottom of the Home page to purchase gift certificates for either a custom 3D photograph or for any of our photographs from our 3D Galleries.

15. How are these photographs shipped?
They are wrapped in bubble wrap and then securely boxed. The photos are shipped via USPS Priority mail. The cost to ship one is $8.00; the cost to ship 2 is $13.00 total and the cost to ship 3 photographs is FREE(these photos must ship to the same destination and all ordered at the same time)!! At the moment, we are shipping any photo from our 3D Photo Galleries to the United States only. Since custom 3D photos are priced individually, we will be able to ship these to anyone around the world.

15. What is your return policy?
If, within 7 days of receiving your 3D photo and you are not satisfied (we would hope that you are satisfied though), simply return it for a refund. We will issue the refund after the photo is returned to us in its original condition. This policy only applies to those 3D photographs that are purchased from KK Photo Images Photo Galleries. For obvious reasons, a custom 3D photograph is not returnable.
